Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer various shipping options - Shipping costs are calculated based on order total, destination, and shipping method, and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders with items that are in stock are processed within 7 business days.

Items on back order are processed within 14 business days

“Ready to Ship” items are processed within the next day.

Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's delivery status.

International Orders

We do not ship outside the US and Canada

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Once a package is dropped off at the carrier it is no longer responsibility of PurgeDaddy. Please File a Claim with the Carrier.
